The paper also says that entrepreneur Sarah Newman stands to make up to EUR30 million from the sale of Needahotel.com. US firm Cendant is paying EUR30 million in cash for Needahotel.com, with a further EUR30 million in earn-out payments if the Dublin company meets financial targets. Newman, who founded Needahotel.com 11 years ago, owned almost 50 percent of the company.
